This is very . If you have a problem there us never a human to talk to directly. instead you end up searching through all of their "help" algorithms which is never the right one. So I end up at this page thinking maybe I'll find an answer to why my video prime keeps telling me That I suddenly have "insufficient bandwidth" Instead I am offered an array of how-to books to purchase. They did give me an error code of 1060 an directed me to call customer service which is apparently located next to the unicorn stable.
Also they seem to be increasingly confused about payments. I had to cancel a Visa, so I informed them and supplied an alternative. Everyplace else kept telling me my card needed updating which I did 3 more times. When they asked me a 5th time I Iust thought "keep your stinking book" but I never told them because there was nobody to tell, as the emails were "do not respond". So maybe One Star is generous.
I printed the e book for reading. I read the entire book in about hour because I was trying to test out the steps provided. I think this a good introductory book into , I feel that an option for the book, possibly at a higher price, should contain screenshots kind of like textbooks do in school. I found the back story of to be filled with numbers making me skip most of that chapter because I didn't think it was relevant to know this information to understand the benefits of Prime or maybe I just wasn't in a number reading zone. Page 8 under Prime videos would be nice to list some of the entertainment channels as I'm not sure what that means. Page 12 are there books you currently recommend? All of the numerical points were clear and concise. I had difficulty navigating due to being on a mobile device.Page 14 how do you get to the video add on subscriptions, is this via the app store or another way? Page 16 how do I find the page for lightening deals? Page 17 #7 how often should we be checking for deals on site? Page 21 absolutely love your recommendations for additional savings, are there more?! #prime
4 stars for teaching me how to add people o my prime account, about kindle benefits, coupons, and additional savings.
This book was written for people new to ’s Prime Membership and for those that have been using it for awhile. I personally found the step-by-step instruction for features like Prime Photos and the Library very helpful and I’ve been a Prime Member since the beginning of the program in 2005! Some of the information offered is readily available by doing a search on , but if you don’t know about something, it’s hard to know what to look for, this book solves that problem. It is a handy guide that will get you started on the path to truly get every benefit that your Prime Membership offers.
There’s a few stand-outs ideas that I found interesting like finding out I could use coupons on top of the already low prices offers. That they offer special accounts for both Students and Moms that include things like free scholarship money to eligible students, 20% off diapers and 15% off a baby registry. And I can get Unlimited Music, Unlimited Photo storage plus all the other things that this book mentions…I joined way back then just for the shipping option and know now, that I really haven’t taken advantage of all the available benefits, but I will now!

iT COULD BE A GOOD SYSTEM BUT i DID NOT FIND IT QUITE PERSONALLY NEEDED.
It wasn't great and it wasn't bad. I learned a couple things but I believe could have it elsewhere. Give it a shot.
