I really enjoyed this book. Short, simple, easy to read, yet filled with some thought provoking and delightful poems. "Test of Time" and "Virgin Snow" are my favorite. "Two few will ever know This moment shared in the virgin snow." I'm looking forward to another book by this authorProduct details

Virgin Snow A collection of poetry William Myles Evans 9781478224549 Books Reviews
The poems in Virgin Snow are a luminous reflection of the author's multifaceted personality, breadth of experiences, and keen insights. His poems comprise an aromatic blend of naturalism and romanticism; hope and grief; reminiscence and vision; enlightenment and spirituality; inspiration and introspection--all that we humans celebrate and mourn. While the language is simple, it is also powerfully evocative. One can easily conclude that the author is a lifelong teacher, student, and mentor. And that he grieves as deeply as he loves.
Mr. Evans evokes life in small town Virginia eloquently. His body of work speaks quietly and lovingly of my home.
